Great wins for Luso

Luso Africa had a great weekend with both teams winning.

It was a good weekend for Luso Africa.

Both football teams played well and racked up wins.

In the first side’s Eastern Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League fixture against Corinthians, at Hattingh Park, the team got themselves a 3-1 win.

The win, however, was not without some work as the first half saw Corinthians dominating with much of the ball possession.

As the game progressed, Luso rallied and fought back, netting three goals to clinch victory.

The goals were scored by Nathan Nel, Marco Cabaleira and Roberto da Silva.

The second team trounced their Corinthians counterparts 8-0.

Goals were scored by Andrew Kelly, Michael Lume, Vusi Tshabalala, Nuno de Sousa (two goals), Leandro De Abreu, Chagan Kruger and Dario Pereira.

This Saturday Luso will be taking on Edenvale in an away match.
