Some women use rape as a weapon
It is now up to our courts in every corner of the country to ensure that this type of male abuse is eradicated and that rape is not used as a weapon by women.
As a victim and a survivor of women instituted domestic violence against men in homes, I would like to support the views expressed by your reader Almond Khumalo in his letter on this subject in your January/February 2014 issue of Kathorus MAIL.
Although, unlike many of the stories of abused men that one reads about in newspapers, I was fortunate not to go to prison for a crime I did not commit after I had been falsely accused of rape by the very woman I thought I loved. I therefore agree with what Mr Khumalo wrote in his letter to the editor that some women use rape as a weapon against men.
It is now up to our courts in every corner of the country to ensure that this type of male abuse is eradicated and that rape is not used as a weapon by women.
