metro’s customer care centre not helpful

Please guys, let us have someone behind the office desk at hours in order to provide an effective service.

Please allow me to bring to the attention of the Ekurhuleni municipality the dismal state of their Customer Care Service Centre.

For the past month I have been trying to pay my water and refuse collections account online without any success and I would like to bring this to the attention of the Metro. Even my attempts to call the centre and tell them about my logging problems went unanswered as the office telephone just kept on ringing.

Please make sure that this facility is available to everybody at all hours of the day and night to ensure that people who want to pay their municipal accounts can be able to do so without hindrance. What good is a service that cannot provide residence with answers when it is expected to do so?

Please guys, let us have someone behind the office desk at hours in order to provide an effective service to the community.
