Little Eden to host fundraising raffle
Each ticket sold gets the society closer to being able to purchase tractor for its Elvira Rota Village.
Community members are reminded to purchase tickets for Little Eden Society’s fundraising initiative and lucky draw on August 31.
Those who enter stand a chance to win a 1962 Studebaker, which still has the original V8 Packard engine and 3 speed Dodge (Chrysler Corp) automatic gearbox.
Tickets cost R200 each and are available at Quicket, those who buy three will get a fourth for free.

The Elvira Rota Village incorporates a working farm, which plays an important role in helping Little Eden organisation towards self-sustainability.
CEO of the society Xelda Rohrbeck said the village is critical when you have a family of 300 children and adults with profound intellectual disabilities to provide for.
The draw takes place on 31 August and the winner must be 18 years or older.
