The current group leaders are Serbia followed Portugal in Group A, Spain followed by Sweden in Group B, Italy followed by Switzerland in Group C, France followed by Finland in Group D, Belgium followed by the Czech Republic in Group E, Denmark followed by Israel in Group F, Turkey followed by the Netherlands in Group G, Russia followed by Croatia in Group H, England followed by Poland in Group I, German leads the group and followed by Armenia in Group J.
Africa’s world cup qualifiers are also underway at the moment with matches taking place right through the end of this week.
South Africans who have been hoping for a great start will be following Bafana Bafana got a little disappointed when the opening game in Harare ended in a nil-nil draw.
South Africa is in Group G alongside, Ghana, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe. Bafana Bafana is set to take on the Black Stars (Ghana) on Monday.
