Ismaa’eel Daya, Grade 4 learner from Nigel Secondary School participated in the Life Science Olympiad competition at Laerskool Werda on May 16. Participating schools were represented by three learners each. Nigel Secondary School was placed in the top 5 achieving schools in the cluster and Ismaa’eel represented the school as top learner in his grade. He qualified for the next round which will take place at Sibona in Johannesburg on July 30.
