Ratanda detectives are seeking the help of the community to trace a suspect (photo) that is believed to have been involved in an armed robbery. Two suspects pretended to be customers of a tuck-shop in Ratanda on June 7.
When the owner left the shop at around 22:00 they overpowered him and threatened him with a knife. They took his cellphone and cash and fled the scene. Police managed to track down one of the suspects and he has been arrested. They now need the assistance of the community to come forward with information regarding the whereabouts of the second suspect (see photo).
