Devon SAPS with Vispol, DFO and crime prevention wardens were on their daily patrols in the Devon area on June 8 when they noticed two men acting suspiciously.
The police members searched the pair, who found dagga in their possession.
They arrested the men, who will appear in the relevant court soon.
