Jaén-Lee Pyne, the accused in the murder of Etienne du Preez and attempted murder of Flip Minnaar, was scheduled to appear in the Heidelberg Magistrate’s Court on April 9.
Pyne was due to appear for a charge of assault, GBH and malicious property damage, which has been ongoing since January 2023.
Pyne was not present due to an issue with the requisition for the court appearance, and the matter was postponed to April 16.
