(Bergsig, Blinkpoort, Eendracht, Groenfontein, Heidelberg Army Gymnasium, Heidelberg Kloof, Klippoortjie, Koppieskraal, Overkruin, Poortjie, Rooikraal, and rural areas – Spaarwater and Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve):

• Carjacking and kidnapping, July 29 at 18:35, N3 North Freeway.

Property involved: Volkswagen Polo, cellphone, money, groceries, drivers licence, and an ID.

Sector 2

(Boschfontein, Heidelberg CBD, Heidelberg Central, Jordaan Park, Klipstapel, Mount Arabel, Shalimar Ridge and Schikfontein):

• Residential burglary, July 31 at 07:15, Blyth Avenue, Heidelberg Ext 5.

• Common robbery and malicious damage to property, July 28 at 18:00, Pretorius Street.

Property involved: Jewellery, speaker, watch, laptop, projector, money, wallet, and a cellphone.

Sector 3

(Bothaskraal, De Hoek, Houtpoort, Rensburg, Lagerspoort, Modderfontein and Steynskraal):

• House break-in with intention unknown to the prosecutor and possession of house break-in equipment, July 31 at 11:15, JG Strydom Street, Rensburg.

• Carjacking and kidnapping, July 29 at 17:30, N3 South Freeway.

• Malicious damage to property and common assault, July 29 at 05:00, Roets Street, Rensburg.

• Robbery with firearm, July 27 at 11:15, R23 Balfour Road.

• Theft of motor vehicle, July 27 at 17:00, Coen Labushagné Street, Rensburg.

• Theft of motor vehicle, July 27 at 23:00, Coen Labushagné Street, Rensburg.

Property involved: Toyota Hilux, ID, school bag, clothing, bank card, drivers licence, cellphone, door, money, and a Volkswagen Polo.
