Local bodybuilder shows muscle
The local bodybuilder from Ratanda, Raymond Ntaopane received a fourth place in the IBFF All Africa Cup.
Local bodybuilder Raymond Ntaopane (53) competed in the IBFF All-Africa Cup on September 16.
Ntaopane competed in the masters over 50 category where he received fourth place.
“I am proud of this fourth place after having a difficult line-up. I am grateful to have come home with a medal, while many athletes did not get to be in the top six,” Ntaopane said.
He said he would go back to the drawing board and start preparing for next year.
