In the matter between: JOANNE GOUWS Plaintiff and
ADOLF JOHANNES LABUSCHAGNE Identity Number: 731119 5067 081 Defendant
TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff, JOANNE GOUWS, has instituted divorce proceedings against the Defendant, ADOLF JOHANNES LABUSCHAGNE, in the above Honourable Court.
The Plaintiff claims, inter alia:
1. a decree of divorce;
2. division of the joint estate, alternatively that each party retain the movable property and assets presently in his or her possession;
3. that each party pays his or her own costs; and
4. further and/or alternative relief.
TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the Defendant may obtain a copy of the divorce summons, particulars of claim and annexures from the Plaintiff`s attorneys at the address set out below.
TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the Defendant is required to deliver a notice of intention to defend within 20 court days after the date of publication of this notice, failing which the Plaintiff may proceed with the divorce action in the Defendant`s absence.
