Wild flowers and orchids brighten the Chrissiesmeer landscape.

Matotoland eco-tourism hosted its annual wild flower day on Saturday 31 January.
Mr Gerrit van Eede and Mr Frans Krieger shared their vast knowledge of the local flowers that grow in the Chrissiesmeer region.
Among others, 14 different species of orchids plus a new species not previously found in the area were identified during the outing.
