Camden road safety campaign

Early on Friday morning traffic officers assisted safety officers on site, inspecting vehicles that travel to the station daily for road worthiness.

The last week of March was dedicated to Road Safety week campaign throughout Eskom Generation.

The campaign mainly focussed on defensive driving techniques and pedestrian safety.

Camden joined the rest of the “Eskomites” in activating the campaign.

Early on Friday morning traffic officers assisted safety officers on site, inspecting vehicles that travel to the station daily for road worthiness.

Information pamphlets containing tips for drivers and pedestrians were also handed out at the entrance.

Later during the day a road safety presentation was shared with the employees and they were also made aware of vehicle safety.

The Power Station Manager, Mr Christo Spammer then wished all the employees a safe and happy Easter week-end.
