Information on fathers sought

The Department of Social Development, Breyten office requests information regarding the fathers or relatives of the following children.

Vusi Shongwe born on 4 February 1999 and Mpumelelo Shongwe born on 15 January 2002. Their mother was Winnie Poppie Shabalala who passed away on 25 April 2010 in Breyten. Their father is known as Sbangani Shongwe alleged to be in Piet Retief.

Lubanzi Palesa Mphuthi born on 17 September 2013. Her mother is Mphuthi Octavia Masiza born on 22 December 1988 and her father is Marais Mofokeng.

Jenneth Sombu Zulu born on 5 April 1999. Her mother was Euven Martha Zulu who passed away several years ago and the father’s details and whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone with information is requested to contact social workers Pertunia Mkansi or Thandeka Mhlanga on 017 811 2108 or Patrick Mbowane on 017 845 1930 during office hours 07:45-16:15.
