The Department of Social Development Msukaligwa office is requesting anyone with information with redards to Africa Lusenga born 11 December 1998. His father’s name was Eric Mafika Makhanya who passed away in 2008.
The mother of the child’s whereabouts are unknown as it is reported that she disappeared after the child’s fathers death.
