Dumisani Elias Malindisa (35) of Mayflower was arrested last Friday for violating a protection order against him not to verbally or otherwise harass his neighbour.
The order was issued in 2015 after the neighbours were involved in an altercation that led to Malindisa being issued with the order.
He appeared in the Mayflower Periodical Court on Monday and his case was postponed to Wednesday (22 February).
