Two cases of rape have been reported to the Ermelo Police over the weekend.

In one incident, a 32-year-old woman was allegedly raped by an ex-boyfriend at KwaMabuza Farm.
According to police, the woman was drinking at a tavern when her ex-boyfriend forcefully dragged her to a secluded place and allegedly raped her twice.
In another incident, a 12-year-old girl from Pikfontein Farm in the Ermelo district reported to her aunt that a family member allegedly raped her in September last year.
Police are investigating.
