Chrissiesmeer Police ask residents for help to find owner of stray calves
Police urge livestock owners to brand or tattoo their animals as this will assist in identifying them in such cases.
Stray Brahman calves were found tied to a tree at Billy’s Place in Warburton on 29 December.
Chrissiesmeer Police requested residents to help trace the lawful owner of the animals.
The calves have no brand marks or identification tags.
The rightful owner or residents with information can contact Const Bafana Nkosi, a detective at the Ermelo Stock Theft Unit over weekends from 8am to 4pm at 017 819 5805.
