Mr Theo Craven, control room operator for ACSU and district manager for SACCW Gert Sibande Region, warns residents who live between Voortrekker and Taute Street as well as West and Border Street, about increased burglaries.
According to Mr Craven, there were two burglaries in Jansen Street and attempted burglaries in Robertson Street.
He advised residents to keep doors locked and windows closed.
