The Giving Hands distributes 5 000 food parcels to those in need

Mr Muhammed Bhyat, chairperson of Giving Hands, thanked every volunteer for their dedication to this cause.

The Giving Hands volunteers braved the wet and cold weather on 28 April to distribute food parcels to various towns in the Msukaligwa area.

The organisation aims to support the most vulnerable people in Msukaligwa.

Residents of Breyten, Chrissiesmeer and Warburton received food parcels.

Up to date, a total of 5 000 food parcels have been distributed to people in need.

They also thank Col Sdumo Ngoco, Ermelo Police Station Commander, for coordinating the police presence and Capt Terblanche from Chrissiesmeer Police for their help.
