[UPDATED] – Different methods of paying your municipal account if you do not want to risk queuing at municipal offices

Residents can sent their proof of payment to nkuhlase@msukaligwa.gov.za in order to ensure their balances are updated accordingly

Residents who wish to pay their municipal accounts should take note that the Msukaligwa Municipal offices are open from 7.30am to 3pm from Monday to Friday.

However, consumers can call Ms S Zikalala at 017 801 3519 during working hours, to find out what their outstanding balances are.

Residents who do not want to risk standing at the queue at the municipality can also make payments via EFT.

Easy pay is also an option at Pick and Pay, Checkers as well as the post office.

For prepaid electricity:

* Third-party vendors are among other BP and Engen Filling Stations. (The list of all third party vendors will be posted on Municipal Website)

The list includes Ermelo, Wesselton, Breyten, Lothair etc. is a list of approximately 70 vendors.*

* Consumers can also buy prepaid electricity at their respective banks, ATMs and from their bank’s apps on their smartphones.
