Cassim Park Library temporarily closed

Temporal closure for renovations raising concerns of scheduled reopening.

The Msukaligwa Local Municipality has notified residents of the temporary closure of Cassim Park Library due to renovations, which began on April 17.

The estimated date for reopening is July 31. Users and patrons are requested to make use of other nearby public libraries, Wesselton, Ermelo and Thusiville.

These alternative locations will provide essential library services and resources to ensure uninterrupted access to the community.

There may be delays in the reopening of the library. Currently, part of the building’s roof has been completely removed. There are also no signs indicating that any active construction work is being done, while the building is still in use for public relations.
