Camden Power Station commemorate women

The participants left with the tools they needed to deal with obstacles at their workplace.

ERMELO – Eskom Camden Power Station celebrated women on September 1 during a networking event with community businesswomen.

Cllr. Shelly Nkosi, executive mayor of Msukaligwa Local Municipality, spoke as the day’s special guest speaker.

She urged women to celebrate their resilience and strength in her address since they have unquestionably had a beneficial impact on society.

The event’s other objectives included bringing attention to issues of gender-based violence, discrimination, and harassment against women in the workplace, as well as inspiring and motivating employees working at the power plant to take charge of their workplaces.
