ERMELO – Members of Ermelo Care Bears recently reached out to the De Bruin Park Football Club.

They donated soccer nets and clothing to the children as well as to the coaches.

One of the coaches, Timothy ‘Shadow’ Collins, thank the team for their ongoing support and said the donations are making a huge difference to the players.

The De Bruin FC, was formed from what had initially just been a few youngsters playing soccer at the Veltman Park.

The coaches previously told Highvelder that Sihle Nkosi (14), one of the boys, who usually played soccer in the park with a few friends, had approached him to ask if he would be willing to train them.
