Goldrush spends heartwarming Mandela Day at Children of the Dawn

WESSELTON – The staff of GoldRush Ermelo decided to give of their time by celebrating Mandela Day at the Children of the Dawn Centre.
The centre focuses on caring for disadvantaged children who are adversely affected by social ills.
It also provides a haven for the children. It presents afterschool programmes and provide meals before the youngsters return to their homes.
GoldRush also donated two 20L buckets of paint, cleaning products and food for the children.
“It was a heartwarming experience to spend time at Children of the Dawn and see the difference the centre makes in the young ones’ lives,” said Phindile Mashinini, GoldRush Ermelo’s manager.
