Entries open for Ermelo Lawn Bowls Club’s business league

Teams are invited to enrol for a thrilling competition, choosing between Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday’s play days.

The Ermelo’s lawn bowls greens are set to come alive with the inaugural Ermelo Lawn Bowls Club Business League, which kicks off on February 20.

Teams are invited to enrol for a thrilling competition, choosing between Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday’s play days.

This event welcomes participants from all walks of life, including businesses and even those who are not regular bowlers.

The entry fee for the league is R1 250 per team.

Upon entry, the teams will be divided into pools, setting the stage for intense initial rounds.

During the first three rounds, the teams within each pool will battle it out to determine their standings.

The competition will consist of six weeks of competitive play.

The play-offs promise to be of high quality bowls.

With a commitment to a dynamic yet manageable format, teams will engage in one game per night, each comprising 12 ends.
