TAKE NOTICE that:-
1. your account 4151710-69-01 with IMAS FINANCE (CO- OPERATIVE) LIMITED has been in arrears for a period exceeding 20 (twenty) business days in the amount of R257 678.50 and;
2.you must bring the arrears up to date immediately by making payment to the Applicant and quoting his aforesaid account number. The amount payable may include permitted default charges and reasonable costs incurred by IMAS FINANCE (CO- OPERATIVE) LIMITED to enforce the Agreement up to date of your payment. or
3.On receipt of this notice, you may refer the matter to:
i. a debt counsellor;
ii. an alternative dispute resolution agent;
iii. a consumer court;
iv. the Ombud for Financial Services; v. the offices of the Plaintiff, Imas Park, Corner Embankment Road and Kwikkie Street, Centurion, Pretoria Legal Department Drapplications@imasfinance.co.za; or debt review Debtreview@imasfinance.co.za
4. should you fail to respond to this notice within a period of 10 (ten) days, from date of publication of the notice, IMAS FINANCE (CO-OPERATIVE) LIMITED shall be entitled to instruct their attorneys to take whatever legal action is necessary to protect our interest and reclaim the vehicle from you.
5. Should you not comply with the demands contained in this Notice, IMAS FINANCE (CO- OPERATIVE) LIMITED will, consider the instalment sale agreement as cancelled, alternatively the agreement terminated due to effluxion of time.
