Having read the documents filed of record and having heard the counsel for the applicant, it is ordered that:
1. The respondent is placed under provisional liquidation at the hands of the Master of the High Court;
2. A rule nisi is hereby issued, calling upon all persons interested to show cause, if any, to the above Honorable Court on 16th of November 2026 @10h00 as to:
2.1. Why the respondent should not be placed under final liquidation; and
2.2. Why the costs of this application should not be costs in the liquidation.
3. Service of the Order shall be effected:
3.1. By publication in the government gazette and the Mpumalanga Newspaper;
3.2. By service on the South African Revenue Services (SARS) via email at

3.5. By service on all registered trade unions representing the employees of the respondent, if any.
