Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T13614/2016
passed by Michael Morgan Evans, Identity number
580519 5164 089 and Gertrude Frances Evans, identity number 580918 0042 086 in favour of OneConnect Group Proprietary Limited, registration number 2005/038420/07 in respect of Portion 111 (a portion of portion 2) of the farm Doornkop 420, Registration Division J.T., Province of Mpumulanga, Measuring 1,0719 (one comma zero seven one nine) hectares which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested parties having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Mpumalanga Deeds Registry, address: 25 Bell Street, Old BMW Building, Mbombela Central, Mbombela 1201 within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
