Help the kids make these cute and easy DIY yarn Easter eggs

This craft is really adorable: little handcrafted Easter decorations created from yarn in the shape of eggs.

These yarn eggs are the perfect DIY Easter decor. You and your child will love making them together this long Easter weekend.

What you need

  • Liquid Starch: 1 cup
  • Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Embroidery Thread
  • Water Balloons

Tips: For extra hard eggs add 2-3 tbs of Mod Podge Hard Coat to your mixture.  Let it dry overnight for best results. Do not use heat to dry or it can pop the balloon.
