BRAAIS were lit and fires roared at the Kloof and Highway SPCA last Wednesday as dozens of local residents celebrated National Heritage Day.
They took along their braai meat and tongs, drinks, blankets, camp chairs and proudly celebrated the day in true South African style. There was a jumping castle, the popular barrel train, a special play area for littlies, five jungle gyms as well as live entertainment by Belinda Dolphin.
