PGHS represents Pinetown in KZN tourney

PINETOWN Girls’ High School came second in the Intra Circuit Champion Schools’ Tournament hosted by the Department of Education KZN.

This was a soccer and netball tournament for high schools and primary schools.Pinetown Girls’ High School entered their U16 netball team.

PGHS netball manager said, “This tournament encompasses different circuits such as Kranskloof and Inanda North, just to name a few.

Pinetown Girls’ High School beat Umqhele Secondary School by 10-1 in the semi-finals.

The finals were played at the Saccharine Grounds in Phoenix where PGHS lost to Sivananda High School from KwaMashu.
