Spring fun at St Marys

There was plenty for all at St Mary's Spring Fair.

THE sun came out just in time for the annual St Mary’s Spring Fair which was bigger and better than ever with more than 6000 people passing through the school gates.

There was plenty of exciting things to do and see including the Quattro Toyz for Boyz exhibition, the Quattro Spring Zone fun fair, beautifully decorated stalls including the Mad Hatters Tea Party themed tea garden and tent, a beer garden, lots of refreshment and food options, Irish dancing, belly dancing, karate displays and the ‘Fling the Spring’ – a competition to see how far the men could throw a metal spring weighing 15kgs.

The St Marys girls also got a chance to get involved on the day with cake decorating competition on behalf of KKBA and the final of the Quattro Spring Hat competition which was won by Erin Juckes who won an electric scooter.
