The hijacked vehicle has been found.

A 63-YEAR-OLD woman was hijacked at gun point in Erfmann Street in New Germany earlier today.

“Before she could get out of the vehicle, an armed robber pointed a firearm at her. The second robber was standing behind the vehicle,” said Lt Justice Manqele, spokesman for the Pinetown SAPS.

It was reported that the robbers forced her to climb out of the vehicle before they pushed her to the ground and stole her Mercedes Benz. No shots were fired.
