Remote jammer arrested

Wanted criminal arrested in the Highway area.

IN a joint sting operation between Enforce Security and the Pinetown SAPS, a remote jammer was targeted and arrested.

According to reports on the Enforce Security Services Facebook page, a woman was the victim of remote hijacking in Pinetown last Wednesday and one of her cards was stolen during the incident. An hour later her stolen card was used at a store in the New Germany area.

A part of the post read: “After obtaining and viewing the CCTV footage from the store, our investigators immediately identified the suspect as the same suspect involved in several other cases. Through our large informer network his whereabouts were identified and the SAPS were informed accordingly. This all occurred within a short space of time.”

The joint operation between the two groups led to a successful arrest. He is believed to be connected to a string of other cases and it was said he would be charged accordingly.
