KwaNdengezi protest goes up in smoke

An apparent protest in Kwandengezi near Pinetown has allegedly seen the local councillor’s office and three motor vehicles go up in flames this morning.
Citizen reports from the area suggest protesters blocked the roads coming into and out of the area.

This photograph of three burned vehicles was posted on Instagram this morning with the caption: Kushubile (roughly translated: things are bad) and the hashtag #Kwandengezi, while a tweet from a Durban fire man seems to corroborate the incident.
