Fulton’s choir performs for thousands

The Fulton School for the Deaf choir took to the stage with local artist Jeremy Loops recently.

A GROUP of pupils from Fulton School for the Deaf were given the chance to perform with the multi-talented Jeremy Loops at the Music at the Lake concert, at the Durban Botanic Gardens recently.

Last year, the choir performed at Le domaine and selected the song Power, by the Cape Town artist. He saw the video and was overwhelmed, so much so that he invited the school to perform live with him on stage.

“It was a truly unforgettable experience as our choir stepped onto the stage in front of thousands of people. The support from the crowd was overwhelming and there were many emotional tears in the audience,” said Alta du Toit, marketing and development manager at the school.
