A man was shot four times and died outside his Greenfield Crescent home on Sunday.
AN Ashley resident was shot and killed at his Greenfield Crescent home on Sunday night.
According to Keith Snyman from the Ashley Residents’ Neighbourhood Watch, the watch received a call notifying them of a shooting at 7.46pm on Sunday, 15 February.
“The resident was about to enter his property when two men opened fire on him. He was shot four times and died on the scene. The armed men fled on foot. By the time the neighbourhood watch arrived the SAPS and various emergency services were already on scene,” he said.
The exact cause of the shooting is unclear at this stage. More updates to follow.
