THE Rotary Club of Kloof has an exciting and challenging programme lined up for local businesses this year.
On Tuesday, 24 February the Rotary Club of Kloof will host various talks in its Rotary business updates presentations at Kloof Country Club from 6pm.
The first and particularly relevant topic is handling conflict in any context by guest speaker, Hugo Misselhorn.
Misselhorn has more than 30 years of experience in facilitating conflict resolutions in organisations, groups and between individuals. He is a registered industrial psychologist, has published three books on organisational leadership and lectured for 20 years at the business school on organisation behaviour. He will share a case study and invite the audience to assess and discuss how well the conflict was handled with the aid of a well-tested conflict handling tool.
