Adrian drives away with new car
Adrian wins one of 100 cars from the SPAR 'win a car' competition.
THE winner of the Westville, Blair Atholl KWIKSPAR Win a car competition was Adrian Pillay of Westville.
Adrian was handed the key to his brand new, silver Hundai i10, by one of the owners of the store, Clayton Engelbrecht, and senior operations manager for KWIKSPAR, Carrick Janse van Rensburg.
Adrian’s car was stolen earlier this year so he and his wife decided to buy another.
A few months down the line, while they were on the way to a prayer meeting, he stopped at SPAR to buy soft drinks for the meeting. When he was paying at the till he asked the teller about the car competition and found out it required the items he had bought and he decided to enter.
“The following Monday I got a call that I had won the car and I believe it was in God’s plans,” he said.
