Blue Security operations manager, Brian Jackson, said the resident woke up to get a glass of water from the main building on the property when armed robbers, wearing balaclavas ambushed him. The incident occurred at around 12.20am.
“The robbers assaulted him and stabbed him in the chest as he was trying to fight them off. They demanded his car keys and managed to drive his vehicle from the yard into the driveway, but then crashed and fled the scene on foot,” said Jackson.
