Community organisations support each other

The Robin Hood Foundation will support many other awesome organisations to show their appreciation to community outreach projects.

THANKS to the generous sponsors and support from the community, The Robin Hood Foundation and a team of volunteers paid a visit to the Kloof and Highway SPCA’s book shop to buy children’s books for their Love to Read projects and also donated 160kgs of much needed pellets for the dogs in their care.

Cindy Norcott, chairwoman and founder of the Robin Hood Foundation, said she thought that in this watershed time in the country’s history it is so important to unite in every way – to throw hats in the ring, help each other and make an even bigger difference in any way you can to the country.

“In the next few months, we will highlight other projects where the Robin Hood Foundation will support many other awesome organisations to show our support and appreciation as well as continue with our planned community outreach projects,” said Norcott.

She thanked all their sponsors and the volunteers that joined them to shop for the books and support the SPCA.
