“I have read about Ethelbert, but being here has touched me deeply,” Bishop Mandindi said.
The bishop said he intended to learn more about the service organisations that fall under his circuit as the Methodist Church is dedicated to serve the communities they work in.
Ethelbert also held a memorial service for ex-resident, Justin Voster, who passed away last year December.
