The visit took place on 25 April and the team looked at the types of material collected at recycling centre, what is balled and how the equipment is used.
During the visit they met with Msephi Mazibuko who is the key roleplayer at the recycling centre.
“The visit was extremely informative and gave the team a realistic view on how a good recycling centre should work,” said Aller River Pilot Project manager, Thozeka Ntlukwane.
