KGAOGELO Mashiloane, a Grade 7 learner at Thomas More College (TMC) is its primary school SPAR Star of the Month.
Kgaogelo is a warm, fun-filled and loving young man who is sensitive to the needs of others.
“He is very popular among his peers in all roles he interacts in: church, school and sport bodies,” said his proud mom, Zethu.
Kgaogelo is a very determined and driven individual, this coupled with discipline and respect for others has served him well in leadership roles. He has served many captaincy roles in sports in the last three years, as a reward for his team spirit and caring nature for others.
The most outstanding recognition was his role as the captain of the U13A PADSSA rugby team this year.
He was also selected for the KZN Sharks U13A team which played at Craven Week.
“At Craven week, he always had an upbeat spirit, whether on the field or injured on the bench,” said Zethu.
Kgaogelo’s talents also extend onto the hockey field where he made the KZN U13 team this year, but due to fixtures coinciding with the KZN rugby, he did not participate.
