Kirk competes against the best

Deutsche Schule Durban learner's achievements have earned him the nomination as the school's March SPAR star of the month.

The Grade 6 learner recently took part in the KZN Athletics Championships where he won first place in high jump in the U12 age group with 1.45m.

He represented KwaZulu-Natal in the National Athletics Championships in Germiston, Gauteng recently where he achieved a height of 1.48m. In addition, he also participated in the shot put.

The school is very proud of Kirk for always giving his best and working hard to improve so much over the last years which has led to him having this wonderful experience and competing against the best from around the country.
