
WINSTON Park Primary School announced its 2019 Teacher Development Programme interns.
The progamme started in 1995 and has grown over the years and today, every class from Grade R to Grade 3 has a student intern to assist the educator. In 2012, the programme was expanded to include funding of the academic costs for male interns and interns from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

There has been more than 72 interns through the programme who have developed into great educators through the support and mentorship they’ve received in the classroom from the school’s experienced staff and management team.
