An impi of 280 warrior women descended on the Onamo Hotel in Durban where The Robin Hood Foundation’s Women’s Month celebration breakfast was held recently.
Musical interludes from Carmen Rodrigues and ‘the girl with the violin’, Jane Baillie punctuated the line-up of inspirational guest speakers who shared how they met and overcame challenges and advised women to nurture themselves and push themselves out their ruts.
