St Benedict learners unite

St Benedict School Unity Day is a day when the normal demands of the school day are put aside and time is spent getting to know other people in the school a little better.

ST Benedict School hosted its annual Unity Day on Friday.

This year the school adopted the theme of ‘Defenders of Hope’ and the day focused on what the school can do to make a difference in the lives of others and the environment.

The day began and ended with a service in the Chapel Garden and the time in between was spent fostering closer relationships between the high school and primary school learners.

Every high school class was assigned to a primary school class and fun activities were planned, including biscuit decorating, Easter egg hunts, ball games and more.

The day is always a huge success and cements the family ethos of the school.
